Our company has extensive experience in designing and building single storey houses, 2 storey homes, 3 storey homes, and unit developments. Our design team can take your block and custom design a home or development to meet your individual needs. We pride ourselves on designing and building smart contemporary homes that are energy efficient, modern, and as individual as our clients.

Our philosophy toward our work and our knowledge of what works for our clients is based on over 20 years experience and dedication to the construction industry by the companies founder and managing director Philip Kemp.

Philip is an active member of the construction industry with a passion for improving the service given by home builders and subcontractors to all our industry clients. He has been a teacher and instructor to owner builders and has recently been made a councilor to the Master Builders Association of WA (MBA WA) Housing Council. Philip is committed to high industry standards and efficient government regulation, not over regulation, so builders can focus on their clients and not red tape.
