Studio 8 Builders & Designers was established in 2003, after Ken Sopp decided it was time to move on from his 26 years working as a designer for Plunkett Homes, fulfilling a long-held dream of starting his own business. Ken teamed up with his wife Jennifer to create a building company with a difference.

Since 2003 Studio 8 has made its mark as a hard-working, successful and award winning business.

At Studio 8 Builders and Designers, we build custom designed homes to suit you, your family or investment. With over 30 years experience in the building and design industry, we have seen the housing market grow and evolve, and know the pitfalls of project-based housing. Studio 8 provides quality, customized homes at affordable prices, and we can achieve this thanks to years of experience and well-developed relationships within the industry.

Most of Studio 8’s customers are second or third home owners, who’ve learnt first hand that having the custom built touch is the masterstroke to their investment – but why leave it to your second or third home to find out!

At Studio 8 Builders we don’t try and manipulate an existing design, we start each design from scratch to ensure you receive the home you want.
