Wilkon Building Services is a small building company based in the eastern suburbs of Perth. Grant Wilton established Wilton Constructions in 1999 and operated successfully as a sole trader until July 2011 when Wilkon was formed.

We aim to provide the whole range of services to our clients, no matter how big or small the job—we can handle everything, from helping you design your dream home or extension right through to arranging the final landscaping.

Able to handle all types of renovations, we specialise in second storey additions. Grant has been providing these sub contract services to some of Perth’s biggest builders for over ten years, so you know that you’ll be getting a quality job that even the big names trust.
