Managing Director Lino Antonelli grew up in the industry starting as an apprentice tiler and soon knew that building is where his future lay. With a relentless attention to detail and a passion for the building industry he gained his building license and went on to form Novus Homes in 1993.

We offer an exciting range of floor plans and elevation options that can be adapted to suit your personal requirements. Our plans start from around $400,000. Alternatively, our building consultants and award winning in-house design team can create an individual design based on your own ideas. We work with design budgets from $500,000 to million dollar projects. We also specialise in design solutions for small frontage lots.
