Exclusive Residence was established in 2005 and today remains a solely WA owned and operated company with no affiliations to any other builder in Perth. Exclusive was established to deliver custom, luxury new homes as a full turn key solution in under 12 months while maintaining quality, value, and service. The result being a service no other builder in Perth can achieve on a consistent and continual basis, and then prove it with weekly photos of every project.

Our team has experience in all levels of new home design and construction, from budget conscience unit developments through to multi million dollar "Australian Homes of the Year". The cost of luxury is becoming beyond the reach of many and the only solution in reducing costs was to (a) Make all the decisions up front before your contract is signed (b) then build it in half the time anyone else can, saving the client interest on their finance and rent of up to 12-18 months. By showing clients how they can save 10-20% on the overall cost of a new home we have found that word of mouth has been our best ambassador.
