We focus on delivering excellence and true value for our clients on projects in the $10-80 million range on Design and Construct (D&C), Lump Sum and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contracts.

The market segment we have capabilities to deliver in include commercial ie health, retail, education, multi-residential, apartments and hotel. We’re not just constructing buildings, we’re building communities.

We have a lean and efficient management structure. We’ve minimised our bureaucracy to make it easy for you to talk to our decision makers.

Our head office is in South Perth and we have a regional office in Port Hedland. JAXON has a permanent workforce of about 60 professional, technical, clerical and construction staff.

Our commitment to quality has been recognised by our peers in the Australian Institute of Building (AIB), the Master Builders Association (MBA), the Housing Industry Association (HIA) and the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA).

JAXON has a strong design and construct desire and have experienced professionals in place to deliver. We are currently completing over $100m of secured contracts on design and construct projects.

As a result we have built a strong team of (internally employed) experienced Architects who act as design managers working with the consultants through the design process to ensure the most buildable outcome is designed, and cost budgets/price certainty is achieved.
