Tectonics Building Design

Tectonics Building Design is a partnership located in Margaret River. The Partners, Peter Lea and Warren Hillman commenced business in September 2006 primarily as a Building Design and Documentation service including various forms of Project Management, Inspection, and advisory roles. Both partners commenced as Draftsmen and are Registered Builders with a combined Industry experience of over 40 years in quite a varying range of Construction methods and Design practices.

The decision to include a complete 'Design and Construct' service was made in late 2009 following requests from several clients who did not wish to become involved in a Tender process yet wished to gain an accurate Contract price before completing the full documentation process.
Tectonics now provides a Design & Documentation service for Builders or individual clients or a complete Design & Construct service.
