ResiCom Builders is a family based business operated by husband and wife team Mario & Susie Cocivera.

Mario Cocivera has a Diploma of Builders Registration and is a Registered Builder with registration number 10997. He is also a qualified Carpenter and Joiner.

A trade background, including running his own cabinet making business, alongside his twin brother, and over 25 years hands on experience, have given Mario an eye for detail and an excellent building methodology. The expertise and knowledge gained have made no project too big or too small to take on.

Susie Cocivera has a strong background & experience in office administration. Susie is the first point of contact and her main focus is to co-ordinate the administration & office support, as well as Project Manager of ResiCom Builder’s own property development projects. Also with a keen interest in interior design, Susie is able to help clients make the correct choices.
